Tottenham Hotspur coach Joe Jordan was pleased with Louis Saha's first training session with the club.
The French striker, who joined Spurs from Everton yesterday evening, took part in a light session earlier today.
"He joined in and did a bit with Michael Dawson, Danny Rose and some of the young boys. All ball work," Jordan told Sky Sports News.
"He was nice and sharp, he looked fit as we expected and he'll be joined tomorrow by the rest of the lads who had the day off.
"He's a very experienced player and a quality player - just look at the clubs he's been at and the success he's had there with the clubs and with his country so you expect him to continue in the same mould that he has had for the majority of his career."
Saha was part of a switch that saw Steven Pienaar move in the opposite direction.
