England to face Wales at Euro 2016

England are drawn to face Wales in the group stages at Euro 2016, while Northern Ireland will play world champions Germany.

England have been drawn to face Wales in the group stages at Euro 2016, with the two Home Nations being joined by Slovakia and Russia.

The Three Lions had a 50% chance of drawing either Wales, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland from Pot 4, and after Roy Hodgson's men were allocated Group B, Wales joined them to set up a mouth-watering clash in France.

The Republic of Ireland will be involved in what will be considered the "group of death", with Belgium, Italy and Sweden all featuring in Group E.

Northern Ireland face the daunting prospect of going head to head with world champions Germany, a Poland team led by Robert Lewandowski, and Ukraine.

Defending champions Spain have been paired with Czech Republic, Turkey and Croatia, while hosts France have being given a favourable draw against Romania, Albania and Switzerland.
