The Football Association has accepted a £4,000 fine from UEFA for the actions of England supporters during a match against Sweden.
The FA were dealt the punishment earlier this evening by the governing body for the "attempted invasion of the field of play" by some English supporters in the wake of Danny Welbeck's winning goal on Friday evening.
Under the terms of UEFA guidelines, the FA had 24 hours to decide whether or not to challenge the verdict.
However, within minutes the FA had informed UEFA that they will not be lodging an appeal.
