Steve Parish: 'No transfer fallout with Tony Pulis'

Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish reveals there was no transfer fallout with former manager Tony Pulis after his shock resignation on Friday.

Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish has insisted that there was no transfer fallout with former manager Tony Pulis following his resignation on Friday.

Pulis was reported to have been frustrated with the lack of key signings after alleged targets Gylfi Sigurdsson made a move to Swansea City and Steven Caulker opted for Queens Park Rangers instead.

Parish also revealed in an interview with BBC Sport that he "never tried to impose targets" on Pulis.

Palace's co-chairman said that there was "no friction" between him and the former Stoke City manager and revealed that the Eagles hope to appoint a new 'experienced' manager soon.
