Wolfsburg have expressed interest in signing Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The Bundesliga club's manager Klaus Allofs said that he would consider taking the Belgian on loan, providing he is given the option to make the deal permanent.
"If Chelsea want to sell him, we are ready to buy him or loan him with an option to buy," he told Wolfsburger Allgemeinen Zeitung.
"We are not interested in a pure loan agreement."
Werder Bremen, Schalke, and Atletico Madrid have also been linked with a January move for De Bruyne, who has made just three Premier League appearances under Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
