West Ham United reportedly informed Chelsea earlier this summer that they have no intention of parting ways with Declan Rice.
The England international spent eight years as part of the Chelsea youth setup before transferring to the Hammers academy in 2014 and has since gone on to become a key member of the first team.
Widespread reports in recent weeks have suggested that the Blues want to secure a reunion with the 21-year-old before the end of the summer transfer window.
However, according to 90 min, West Ham will not sell Rice in the coming weeks, regardless of whether they receive a bid which meets their £75m asking price.
With their star man still having four years left on his contract, West Ham are in no rush to cash in on their most prized asset.
Despite that stance, Chelsea may return with an approach as they continue their bid to strengthen their backline.
