Manchester City and Chelsea are reportedly among a number of clubs who are monitoring the development of Crystal Palace defender Tyrick Mitchell.
The 22-year-old has progressed into one of the most highly-regarded left-backs in the Premier League, his form enough to earn him a call-up to the latest England squad.
With over three years remaining on his contract, Palace are under no pressure to cash in on one of their most prized assets during the summer transfer window.
However, according to The Sun, Man City and Chelsea are admirers of the player and may make an approach ahead of 2022-23.
City arguably require a left-back more so than Chelsea due to the uncertainty surrounding Benjamin Mendy's future, but Chelsea may consider Mitchell as an alternative to Marcos Alonso.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are also said to be interested in Mitchell, who has started each of Palace's 29 top-flight fixtures this campaign.
