Liverpool have reportedly joined the race for £34m-rated Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
The 21-year-old continues to play a key role in the heart of Niko Kovac's engine room, chalking up two goals from 15 appearances in all competitions already this season.
Juventus and Chelsea are both being tipped to move for Tchouameni in the summer of 2022, but they are not expected to be the only two clubs vying for the France international's signature.
According to Calciomercato, Liverpool are also monitoring Tchouameni's situation as they eye a replacement for Georgino Wijnaldum, and Monaco value the starlet at £34m.
The report adds that Juventus want Tchouameni as they make contingency plans for Weston McKennie and Aaron Ramsey's possible exits, while Borussia Dortmund are also in the race as they plan for life without Axel Witsel.
Tchouameni - who has been called up to the France squad for October's fixtures - boasts five goals and four assists from 60 games in a Monaco shirt, and his deal at the Stade Louis II is due to expire in 2024.
