Chelsea reportedly have a firm and 'long-term interest' in West Ham United's Declan Rice.
The Blues were strongly linked with their former academy player over the summer, but West Ham are believed to have made it clear that they would not consider offers of under £80m.
The 21-year-old has been in excellent form for the Hammers this season, captaining the capital side in their last nine Premier League matches, while he is also now a key player for England.
David Moyes's side have Rice on a contract until the summer of 2024, but according to Goal, Chelsea have a 'long-term interest' in the midfielder.
The former Republic of Ireland international joined the Blues at the age of seven but was released at 14, having failed to make the grade at Stamford Bridge.
Rice has scored three times and registered four assists in 120 appearances for his current side.
