Valencia defender Mouctar Diakhaby has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Diakhaby has just spent his first season at the Mestalla, with a total of 38 appearances being made for the Spanish side in all competitions.
However, according to L'Equipe, Chelsea and Wolves are ready to approach Valencia regarding a potential deal for the 22-year-old.
Chelsea are currently unable to sign any players this summer due to a transfer ban, although the Blues may look to overturn that punishment via an appeal.
Wolves have secured a place in the Europa League qualifying rounds, and Nuno Espirito Santo is expected to target several new faces ahead of the new campaign.
Diakhaby, who is said to be valued in the region of £18m, still has over four years remaining on his contract.
