Eden Hazard vows not to leave Chelsea until they have claimed the Premier League title again.

Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has vowed that he will not leave the club until they win the Premier League title again.

The Belgian lifted the trophy under Jose Mourinho in 2014-15, but the club's fortunes went on to take a nosedive and they slumped to a 10th-place finish the following season.

The Blues have made a bright start to the new campaign under new manager Antonio Conte and currently sit second in the table, one point off leaders Liverpool, with 11 games played.

Hazard was linked with a host of top clubs across Europe over the summer but opted to remain in London and has now promised to stay put as they go in pursuit of the title.

"If someone had told us before the season that if we did everything Conte asked of us we'd have a chance to become champions again, we'd all have signed up," Hazard told The Guardian. "We have bought into it. This is what he wants from us and believes we need to do to achieve something special.

"His passion and enthusiasm for the job were obvious. I made clear I had no intention of leaving after such a poor year. I didn't want to go out like that. If I ever leave, it'll be after winning a championship. You need to go out on a high so that people remember you for the right reasons.

"Up to now, under him, we're being rewarded for the work we're putting in. We reminded ourselves we are good players, we know our qualities. We have to work, work, work and make things better. Something just clicked."

Hazard has been an ever-present under Conte this season, scoring seven goals and registering one assist.
