UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against Dynamo Kiev following disturbances at Tuesday's Champions League Group G tie against Chelsea in Ukraine.
Kiev have been charged with racist behaviour and crowd disturbances after anti-discrimination network Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE) captured footage of Dynamo fans attacking four black men.
"Usually we do not go public with these sort of reports - but we thought the footage was so serious that it should be shared with the media," FARE executive director Piara Powar told PA.
UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body will deal with the case on Tuesday, October 27.
Earlier this year, Dynamo were fined €15,000 (£11,000) by European football's governing body following the racist behaviour of their fans during a Europa League match against Everton.
