Preview: Charlton Athletic vs. Huddersfield Town

Sports Mole looks ahead to Tuesday's Championship clash between Charlton Athletic and Huddersfield Town.

Charlton Athletic can keep their survival hopes alive on Tuesday when they entertain Huddersfield Town in the Championship.

The Addicks find themselves four points off safety in the table due to five defeats from their previous six matches.

Huddersfield, who are in 14th place, make the trip to The Valley looking to bounce back from last weekend's 2-0 loss at Doncaster Rovers.

Charlton were beaten 2-1 by Huddersfield in the reverse fixture six months ago.

The teams also met in the FA Cup fourth round at the start of the year, although it was Charlton who won on that occasion thanks to a 1-0 triumph.

Chris Solly, Leon Cort, and Mark Gower all remain sidelined for the hosts.

Jonathan Hogg could return for the away side, but Joel Lynch and James Vaughan will both miss out with groin and calf injuries respectively.
