Besiktas were on the receiving end of a disappointing 3-1 defeat against Kasimpasa in Friday's encounter at the Tupras Stadium in Istanbul.

Fernando Santos's men fell behind to Nuno Da Costa's strike but managed to restore parity through Semih Kilicsoy before Da Costa netted twice in the second half to decide the game.

As a result, the Black Eagles have dropped to sixth in the Turkish Super Lig table, albeit outside the last European spot only on goal difference.

Umur Meras and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are both ruled out through thigh injuries, and neither will play any part for Besiktas in this one.

The away side will also be without the services of 22-year-old midfielder Emrecan Uzunhan, who remains unavailable due to personal reasons.

Efe Tecimer and Okechukwu Azubuike will not feature for Rizespor here, although the former is closing in on a return to action from a knee problem.
