While the hosts hope to climb the table and avoid relegation, the visitors face a fierce battle for survival at the bottom of the league.

Aiming to make it four wins on the bounce and continue their climb up the Turkish Super Lig table, Alanyaspor will make the trip to take on Antalyaspor on Friday.

The visitors have quickly risen to 12th spot thanks to their upturn in form and now find themselves just three points worse off than their eighth-placed hosts, who begin life under new management after the turn of the year.

Yalcin will hope to have an immediate positive effect on Antalyaspor following popular manager Sahin's departure, but they certainly face a tough test against an Alanyaspor side full of renewed confidence.

Besiktas vs. Kasimpasa (Friday, 5.00pm)

Besiktas will be hoping to kickstart the new year with a positive result when they host Kasimpasa at the Tupras Stadyumu in the Turkish Super Lig on Friday evening.

The hosts are currently in fifth place in the league standings with 29 points after 17 matches, while the visitors have managed 23 points over the same period and are ninth.
