Matt Robson's second-minute goal was enough for Carlisle United to claim all three points from their home encounter with Coventry City this afternoon.
The winger got inside the area and managed to loop a header over Joe Murphy to put the home side in front with just over 90 seconds on the clock.
Coventry's response for the remainder of the half was positive, but first Franck Moussa saw his curling effort strike the post, before Leon Clarke headed over the bar from close range.
The Sky Blues continued to dominate after the restart, but they were unable to beat Mark Gillespie in the home net.
The three points have moved Carlisle up to 17th in the League One table.
