Round 33 of the 2021-22 Eredivisie season sees Cambuur play host to Willem II at the Cambuur Stadion on Wednesday.
The hosts come into this one looking to end an eight-game winless run, while the away side go in search of back to back victories having returned to winning ways last time out.
Match preview
Cambuur were held to a second consecutive share of the spoils following a 1-1 stalemate against RKC Waalwijk on Friday.
Henk de Jong's men fell behind to Doke Schmidt's own goal in the 72nd minute before Milan Smit restored parity in the final knockings of the contest.
The Yellow-Blues have moved up to 12th place in the Eredivisie table, three points off the last European spot with two games left to play.
Next up for Cambuur is a clash versus an opposing side who they have beaten in just one of the last seven meetings between the teams since 2011.
However, that solitary win did come in the most recent encounter back in December's reverse fixture where Wednesday's hosts cruised to a 3-1 victory.
Willem II came out on top in front of their fans for the second game running, beating Heracles 2-0 on Saturday.
First-half goals from Wessel Dammers and Jizz Hornkamp fired Kevin Hofland's men to all three points in Tilburg.
As a result, The Tricolores have moved up to 17th place in the league standings, but they remain three points adrift of safety heading into the final week of the campaign.
Currently with the worst away record in the entire division, Wednesday's visitors must secure a first win on the road since September to give themselves a fighting chance of beating the drop.

Team News
Cambuur will be without the services of Alex Bangura and David Sambissa, who remain sidelined with muscle injuries.
Twenty-year-old Maxim Gullit also misses out through a knee problem which has seen him fail to feature since late February.
Meanwhile, Milan Smit could be handed his first start of the campaign after coming off the bench to good effect against Waalwijk.
Che Nunnely missed Willem II's last outing due to a knee problem, and the forward is not expected to play any part in Wednesday's game.
Ringo Meerveld and Thijs Oosting are also unavailable for the away side, but the former could return for the season finale against FC Utrecht on Sunday.
Cambuur possible starting lineup:
Stevens; Schmidt, Mac-Intosch, Schouten, Sylla; Jacobs, Hoedemakers, Maulun; Joosten, Uldrikis, Kallon
Willem II possible starting lineup:
Wellenreuther; Owusu, Dammers, Heerkens, Kohn; Saddiki, Llonch; Kohlert, Crowley, Svensson; Hornkamp
We say: Cambuur 1-1 Willem II
Both teams still have something to play for this term, so we expect a keenly-contested affair in this one. That said, we can also see the sides cancelling each other out and having to make do with a point apiece at the end of the 90 minutes.
