Burton Albion have completed the signing of Luxembourg international striker Aurelien Joachim.
The 28-year-old has penned a one-year contract with the League One side following his exit from CSKA Sofia.
Joachim has scored six goals in 51 games at international level.
"He will bring goals, hopefully," manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink told Burton's official website. "He's got some real experience and he plays for the Luxembourg national team. He's got several caps behind his career from that.
"We expect him to lead the front line when he plays and challenge our strikers for a place. He'll be available for Saturday."
Burton start the new season this weekend when they host Scunthorpe United.
