Bolton Wanderers have been dealt a double blow after Zach Clough and Kevin McNaughton were ruled out for the rest of the season.
Both players, along with defender David Wheater, suffered injuries during the club's 1-1 draw with Reading on Tuesday night.
Clough, who has proven a revelation in the first team with six goals in 10 appearances, dislocated his shoulder, while on-loan defender McNaughton has fractured his leg.
The news is slightly better where Wheater is concerned, but the former Middlesbrough man faces a race against time to recover from a hamstring injury in time for the final weeks of the campaign.
