Substitute Claude Dielna scored in the final minute of stoppage time to earn Sheffield Wednesday a 2-1 win away at Blackburn Rovers in the Championship.
The visitors got off to the perfect start as Kieran Lee prodded them into the lead after Jason Steele's parry from a Stevie May shot fell perfectly for him on three minutes.
It took promotion-chasing Blackburn just 13 minutes to respond through Alex Baptiste, who charged from his own half to get on the end of a Jordan Rhodes knockdown and bury the ball into the back of the net.
Rhodes came within inches of scoring himself when he glanced a Craig Conway cross towards goal, but it cannoned against the post.
Blackburn continued their positive play in the second half, and only a point-blank save by Kieran Westwood prevented Shane Duffy from heading Rovers in front from a Ben Marshall corner.
Substitute Ryan Tunnicliffe almost put the hosts ahead when he connected with a 25-yard volley which forced Westwood into a flying save.
Dielna was introduced to the game in the 90th minute and his left-footed shot from outside the box won the points for the Owls.
