Sports Mole previews Wednesday's clash between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers at Ewood Park.

Bolton Wanderers make the short trip to Ewood Park on Wednesday looking to end a run of four straight draws in the Championship.

They will face a Blackburn Rovers team whose bid for promotion has stuttered in recent weeks, but remain ninth and just one point off a playoff spot.

Henning Berg's men fell to a 2-0 defeat at home to Millwall in their last game, while David Ngog rescued a point for the Trotters at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Dougie Freedman will be without Mark Davies for the clash, as he serves a one-match suspension.

Meanwhile, Gael Givet (knee), Jason Lowe (hamstring) and Colin Kazim-Richards (muscle strain) are all back in contention for the home side.

Recent form:

Blackburn: LDDWL
Bolton: WDDDD

Possible lineups:

Blackburn: Robinson; Mn Olsson, Dann, Henley, G Hanley; Formica, Murphy, Ms Olsson, Etuhu; Rhodes, Rochina

Bolton: Bogdan; Mears, Mills, Knight, Warnock; Ream, Vela, Afobe, Pratley, Eagles; Ngog

Sports Mole says: 1-2
