Preview: Birmingham City vs. Sheffield Wednesday

Sports Mole previews Sheffield Wednesday's trip to St Andrew's to face Birmingham City.

Birmingham City will be hoping to improve on their poor scoring record when they host Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

The Blues have netted just four goals in their opening seven Championship fixtures, with just one of those being scored at home.

Striker Matt Green could be introduced in place of Lee Novak, while Mitch Hancox could be preferred to Shane Ferguson.

Wednesday have yet to win a league game this season, but they are unbeaten in their last four matches.

Manager Dave Jones has former Birmingham defender Roger Johnson available for selection after he joined the team from Wolverhampton Wanderers, but he could have to make do with a place on the bench.
