Xherdan Shaqiri has targeted silverware with Inter Milan following his switch from Bayern Munich.
The Switzerland international joined the Nerazzurri on a four-and-a-half-year contract last week, and Shaqiri wants to see Inter regain their status as one of the heavyweights of Serie A after a number of underwhelming seasons.
FIFA.com quotes Shaqiri as saying: "I need to play consistently in order to prove how much I'm worth. I am hungry for success and I can't wait to get started.
"I want to help Inter return to the top in Italy and in Europe. I hope that with this jersey I can return to win titles. I wasn't totally happy at Bayern, I didn't get much playing time."
The 23-year-old recently revealed that he turned down offers from Premier League sides in order to move to Inter.
