The agent of Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele has reportedly initiated contact with Juventus and Newcastle United.
Despite enjoying regular game time at Camp Nou during the last campaign, Dembele is yet to make a competitive appearance in 2021-22 as he continues to endure a troubled spell with the Catalan giants.
Nevertheless, with just over eight months remaining on his contract, Barcelona have been desperately to extend the Frenchman's contract past the end of this season.
According to Sport, a renewal is currently not an option with his representatives, who appear to be ready to take advantage of the player's future availability.
Ahead of being allowed to hold official talks in 2022, the report suggests that contact has already been made with the likes of Juventus and Newcastle.
Barcelona are said to be struggling to hold formal discussions regarding Dembele's future, leaving the La Liga side in a position where they will have to be open to a cut-price sale in January.
