Bacary Sagna wants £100,000-a-week contract to stay at Arsenal?

Arsenal full-back Bacary Sagna reportedly demands a 67% pay rise in order to stay at the North London club.

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna has reportedly demanded a 67% pay rise in order to stay at the North London club.

The 31-year-old's current £60,000-a-week contract is due to expire at the end of the season and talks over a new deal appear to have stalled.

According to The Mirror, the Gunners have offered Sagna a two-year extension, but the player is said to be holding out for a three-year deal worth £100,000 per week.

Agent Laurent Gutsmuth recently claimed that Galatasaray and Paris Saint-Germain are keen to land Sagna on a free transfer this summer.
