Arkadiusz Milik is in talks with Napoli regarding a new contract, according to the Poland international's agent.
With just over a year remaining on his existing deal, Milik has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League.
However, despite speculation regarding a potential switch to Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur, representative David Pantak has suggested that the priority is to remain in Naples.
Speaking to Calciomercato, Pantak said: "Regarding everything that's come out in the media in the past few days, I want to clarify that they're only rumours, some of them even disrespectful to Napoli as a club.
"I'm in constant contact with Napoli's sporting director, our conversations on Milik's renewal have remained active. At the end of this difficult period for everyone, we'll meet and try to find a solution.
"Only in the event that one can't be found will we think of a shared solution for the good of the player and club."
Since moving to the Serie A outfit in 2016, Milik has contributed 46 goals from 108 appearances in all competitions.
