Shakhtar Donetsk striker Luiz Adriano is reportedly a long-term target of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.
The Brazilian, 25, has scored 45 goals in 107 Ukrainian Premier League appearances since March 2007.
According to the Daily Mail, the English trio have all been monitoring Adriano for over 12 months and sent scouts to watch him in Shakhtar's 3-2 defeat at Chelsea last week.
Adriano, who is under contract until June 2015, is believed to be available for a fee in the region of £5.5m.
