Turkish outlet Aksam Spor reports that North London rivals Spurs and Arsenal have joined other top European sides all fighting to secure the attacker's signature.
Wolfsburg are believed to have made a €15m bid which was turned down by Galatasaray, suggesting that a purchasing club would have to spend in the region of €20m to persuade the Turkish giants to sell.
In total, Akturkoglu has scored 19 goals and provided 12 assists in 73 appearances for the club, where he still has four years left on his contract.
