North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both reportedly interested in Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke.
The Belgian international, who joined Villa for £7m last summer, has scored 19 goals this season.
According to The Mirror, Spurs have made Benteke their top transfer target and are willing to meet Villa's £20m price tag.
It is thought that Benteke will definitely leave the Birmingham club if they are relegated, but will be inundated with offers even if they survive the drop.
Spurs will face competition from Arsenal, though, with Gunners manager Arsene Wenger set to spend big this summer as he tries to end the club's eight-year trophy drought.
Benteke scored against Chelsea this afternoon before being sent off in the second half, meaning that he will miss Villa's final game of the season against Wigan Athletic.
