Barcelona B beaten by Albacete

Barcelona B are beaten 2-1 by Albacete to leave them second from bottom in Spain's second tier.

Barcelona B stayed second from bottom in Liga Adelante after they were beaten 2-1 by Albacete this evening.

The home side took the lead through Gonzalo on 52 minutes when he finished smartly from some neat build-up play.

However, Barca B were back in it on 67 minutes when Munir El Haddadi struck to level things up for the visitors.

Albacete regained their lead inside the final 10 minutes when Ruben Cruz netted the winner to move the home side up to 15th in Spain's second tier.

The defeat for Barcelona's second string leaves them just a point above rock-bottom Recreativo in 21st.
