Huddersfield Giants too good for Bradford Bulls

Huddersfield Giants earn their consecutive win in Super League with a 54-16 victory over Bradford Bulls at the Etihad Stadium.

Huddersfield Giants have made it five consecutive wins in Super League with a 54-16 victory over Bradford Bulls at the Etihad Stadium.

The Giants ran in four tries during the first half as Joe Wardle, Shaun Lunt, Luke Robinson and Jodie Broughton all touched down. Meanwhile, Danny Brough was in impressive form with the boot, converting all four scores.

Danny Addy and Jamie Foster both responded with tries for Bradford, who found themselves trailing 10-24 at the break.

Huddersfield continued to dominate the match during the second period as Brough added the extras to his own try on 53 minutes before converting scores from Scott Grix and Ukuma Ta'ai with an hour played.

Brough was successful with his kicking again on 68 minutes following Antony Mullally's try, and the rout was complete in the final 10 minutes as Brough kicked over after Larne Patrick had touched down.

A torrid afternoon for Bradford ended on a positive note as Foster converted his own score, but the result leaves the Bulls on zero points.
