Sports Mole looks ahead to the Champions League last-16 meeting between Schalke 04 and Galatasaray in Germany.

German outfit Schalke 04 hold the advantage ahead of Tuesday's meeting against Galatasaray by virtue of the fact that they claimed an away goal during the 1-1 draw between these two sides in Turkey last month.

The recent record books make Schalke the favourites to progress because they are unbeaten in front of their own supporters in the Champions League this season.

What's more, out of their last 16 home matches in UEFA competitions, they've lost on just two occasions.

However, Galatasaray, who will be armed with January signings Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder, can take confidence from the fact that they have already won twice on their travels in Europe so far this campaign.

The home side will be able to call upon Klaas-Jan Huntelaar following his recent injury concerns and the Dutch international is likely to feature as a lone striker.
