Cristiano Ronaldo is "convinced" that Real Madrid will win La Liga this season.
Los Blancos have not lifted the Spanish title since 2012 and have had to watch bitter rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid both win the trophy over the past four seasons.
Ronaldo, who made a scoring return to action against Osasuna on Saturday, has admitted that he is desperate to win the league title and is confident that his team will triumph this term.
"I want to win all possible trophies and would love to win La Liga," Ronaldo told reporters. "It is a title that we will be going after and the team is looking good and solid. We've started well and I hope we can continue to do well. It is a long competition, but I am convinced we will win it this year."
Portugal captain Ronaldo missed Real Madrid's first two La Liga matches of the new season due to the knee problem that he picked up in the final of Euro 2016.
