Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has said that Louis van Gaal is demanding high standards from his players.
The Dutchman has implemented a whole host of changes in the club's training regime and has insisted that players speak in English when talking to each other.
New pitches and new cameras have also been installed at the club's training ground in Carrington and Evans says that it is all part of the 62-year-old's focus on high standards.
Evans told reporters: "That is the standard he has set for us. It is everything from the clothes you wear to the time you have a meal and everyone eating together.
"He is quick to congratulate you when you have done well and is also quick to tell you when you have done something wrong."
Evans has made over 200 appearances since making his United debut in 2007.
