AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has reiterated that the Italian club could make a move for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli in January.
The 22-year-old's agent Mino Raiola said this week that the Italy international "costs as much as the Mona Lisa", but the Rossoneri are not put off by the potential huge transfer money they would have to pay.
"I often talk to Raiola," Galliani told Sky Sport Italia. "He goes around with his works of art, but we are collectors."
However, Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has backed down on his earlier comments about signing Balotelli.
"My comment on Balotelli was misinterpreted," he said. "He is too expensive and it is no longer the time for certain moves."
Balotelli joined City from Inter Milan in 2010.
