Liverpool's Joe Allen, Kolo Toure to return against Swansea City?

Joe Allen and Kolo Toure could be available for Liverpool's trip to Swansea City, according to manager Brendan Rodgers.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has revealed that both Joe Allen and Kolo Toure could return from their respective injuries against Swansea City on Monday.

While midfielder Allen has been struggling with a hamstring injury of late, defender Toure has a groin problem that he picked up last month.

"Joe has trained with the team today," Rodgers told reporters on Friday. "He looked good this morning and is certainly fighting for a place on Monday.

"Kolo is with our physiologists and is working well. He should be available for Monday. [Aly] Cissokho is still a few weeks away yet, but working hard."

Liverpool will head into the clash at the Liberty Stadium as Premier League leaders with nine points from three matches.
