Late penalty wins it for Evian TG

Cedric Mongongu score a 92nd-minute penalty to help Evian TG beat Toulouse 2-1 at Parc des Sports.

A penalty deep into stoppage time has seen Evian TG overcome Toulouse 2-1 at Parc des Sports to move above Alain Casanova's men in Ligue 1.

The visitors took the lead seven minutes after half time, when Serge Aurier provided the finish from Etienne Didot's corner kick.

Their lead lasted nine minutes, as Youssouf Sabaly picked out Daniel Wass to head past Ali Ahamada.

With the points seeming destined to be shared, Pascal Dupraz's men were gifted a chance to win the game when Steeve Yago upended Modou Sougou inside the area.

Cedric Mongongu stepped up to dispatch the kick and snatch the win in the 92nd minute.
