Vitesse have reportedly indicated that they would like to keep Chelsea youngster Mason Mount for another year.
In recent years, Chelsea have allowed some of their top prospects to spend a period with the Dutch club ahead of a return to English football, and Mount was sent to the Eredivisie at the start of the current campaign.
The 19-year-old endured a slow start to life at Vitesse but the midfielder has now established himself as a key part of the side, with seven goals being scored in 22 league appearances.
According to Dutch outlet VL, Vitesse have asked Chelsea about keeping Mount for an extra 12 months before they face competition for his signature in the summer.
Defender Matt Miazga and midfielder Mukhtar Ali are also spending time at Vitesse this season.
