Philipp Lahm committed to Bayern Munich

Experienced German international Philipp Lahm declares that he wants to end his career at Bayern Munich.

Experienced German international Philipp Lahm has insisted that he has no desire to depart Bayern Munich.

The 29-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best full-backs in world football, has captained the Bundesliga outfit since 2011.

He told Kicker-Sportmagazin: "My club is Bayern Munich. I am excited about being here and I love the club. I do not plan on moving clubs again.

"I am under contract until June 2016. That is my focus for now and I do not think about anything else."

Barcelona had previously been linked to the defender.
