Team News: Marc-Andre ter Stegen given nod over Claudio Bravo

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique hands a start to Marc-Andre ter Stegen for their Champions League fixture with Ajax.

Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has been given the nod ahead of Claudio Bravo for Barcelona's match with Ajax in the Champions League.

The 22-year-old is yet to feature in domestic action for the La Liga giants, but he continues to play in Europe as Luis Enrique looks to return to winning ways after their 3-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.

Marc Bartra is handed a place in defence with Javier Mascherano moving further forward into midfield, while Croatian Ivan Rakitic returns to the starting lineup.

Ajax line up as expected, with Lasse Schone, Kolbeinn Sighorsson and Ricardo Kishna leading a three-man attack in Spain.

Barcelona XI: Ter Stegen; Alves, Bartra, Pique, Alba; Iniesta, Rakitic, Mascherano; Pedro, Messi, Neymar
Subs: Montoya, Xavi, Alcantara do Nascimento, Bravo, Samper, Ramirez, El Haddadi

Ajax XI: Cillessen; Van Rhijn, Veltman, Moisander, Viergever; Klaassen, Zimling, Andersen; Schone, Sigthorsson, Kishna
Subs: Duarte, Riedewald, Milik, El Ghazi, Denswil, Boer, Menig
