Miranda has reportedly been left out of the Atletico Madrid squad for Saturday's La Liga clash against Levante.
The Brazilian has emerged into one of the best centre-backs in world football over the last couple of seasons, with his form helping Atletico win La Liga and reach the Champions League final last term.
Various reports have suggested that the 30-year-old will be allowed to leave the Vicente Calderon in January, however, providing an offer of £19.5m is received.
According to The Mirror, Miranda has been left out of the Atletico squad for their return to league action this weekend, which has opened up more doubt surrounding his long-term future.
Manchester United and Manchester City are both said to be interested.
