Tomas Rosicky: 'My focus is on Arsenal, I'll fight for my future'

Tomas Rosicky insists that he is 'focused' on Arsenal, despite reports that he could leave the club this summer.

Tomas Rosicky has insisted that he will "fight" for his Arsenal future amid speculation that he could leave the Premier League outfit this summer.

The 34-year-old has expressed frustration at being handed just eight starts in all competitions in the 2014-15 season.

The limited first-team action has led to reports that the Czech Republic international could become the subject of bids from Turkish sides Bursaspor and Trabzonspor.

Despite the transfer rumours, Rosicky has insisted that he is "loyal" to the Gunners and vows not to "give up easy".

"My focus is here," Sky Sports News quotes Rosicky as saying. "I have another year left on my contract. It was a difficult time for me. It's never easy when you are not playing at all and you end the season in the stands.

"Is there a frustration? Of course there is a frustration because I think I can still help the team to be better. On the other side, I have been here nine years and I have always said I love the club.

"I don't think I have to prove to anyone how I feel about Arsenal and how loyal I am to this club. Of course it's not going well for me at the moment. It's disappointing but I will not give up easy. I will fight."

Rosicky joined the Gunners from Borussia Dortmund in 2006.
