The New York Knicks want to sign Jeff Teague from the Atlanta Hawks, according to a report.
ESPN claims that Mike Woodson's side want to recruit the 25-year-old in order to bolster their point guard department.
The Knicks have been chasing the Toronto Raptors' Kyle Lowry for a while, but they are reportedly worried that they may not be able to seal the trade before Thursday's deadline.
This has made the New York-based outfit look at other options, and Teague has emerged as a prime candidate for them.
However, for the trade to be complete, the Raptors would have to be interested in signing shooting guard Iman Shumpert from the Knicks.
Andre Miller of the Denver Nuggets is also said to be on the radar of the Knicks.
