British number one Andy Murray has denied suggestions that something unsettled him just before his Wimbledon quarter-final showdown with Grigor Dimitrov on Wednesday.
The Scotsman bowed out of the Grand Slam following a 6-1 7-6(4) 6-2 defeat to the Bulgarian on Centre Court.
Questions over the 27-year-old's state of mind arose after he was heard shouting in the second set, "shut the fuck up," before muttering the words, "five minutes before the fucking match," in the third set.
Dimitrov, who is friends with Murray, expressed after his victory that he felt that something wasn't right with the Scotsman during the warm-up, but when asked in the post-match press conference, the former US Open champion insisted that there was nothing wrong.
Murray earned the Wimbledon title last year, making him the first British man in 77 years to clinch the crown.
