Four-time champion Lleyton Hewitt has reached round two of the Queen's Club Championships, thanks to a three-set victory over American Michael Russell.
Hewitt, who is currently ranked number 82 in the world, lost the opening set 6-4 before storming back to take the second 6-1.
The Australian then saw off his opponent 6-4 in the third to set up an encounter with either Dudi Sela or 10th seed Grigor Dimitrov.
The last of Hewitt's four triumphs at the tournament came back in 2006.
