British number one Andy Murray has insisted that he wants to continue working alongside coach Ivan Lendl following his successful year.
The Scotsman made history by winning his first Grand Slam at the US Open just a weeks after clinching a gold medal at Wimbledon during the London Olympics.
"At the end of last year and it was much more short term - 'let's see how the first few months of the season go'," BBC Sport quotes Murray as saying. "Now it's, 'What are we going to be doing in four or five years' time?'"
Murray will discover on Sunday if he has been crowned the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year.
