Northampton Saints secured a 42-14 win over Worcester Warriors to claim a playoff place in the final round of the season.
After four minutes, Chris Ashton notched the first try of the game, with Stephen Meyler converting soon after.
Just three minutes later, Warriors hit back with a try from Josh Drauniniu and drew the scores level after a Danny Gray conversion.
Saints were given the chance to regain their lead on 36 minutes after being awarded a penalty, for which Shaun Perry was sent to the sin bin. A good kick from Meyler made the scores 10-7.
Just before half time, the home side began to dominate and extended their lead thanks to a Ben Foden try and another Meyler conversion.
The sides went in at half time with Saints leading Warriors by 17-7.
Four minutes after restart, a penalty from Meyler made it 20-7 to Saints.
Warriors soon found their feet and, on 47 minutes, a Kai Horstmann try followed by a Danny Gray conversion made it 20-14.
Saints extended their lead on 58 minutes through Paul Diggin's try, which was followed by a conversion from Ryan Lamb.
Teimana Harrison scored a try on 62 minutes as Saints began to dominate the closing stages.
The victory was secured after 74 minutes through Alex Waller's try and Lamb's conversion.
Saints have secured a playoff place after finishing in fourth spot, while Warriors end the season in 10.
