Northampton Saints director of rugby Jim Mallinder has signed a new contract which will keep him at the club until 2015.
Mallinder took charge at Franklin Gardens five years ago and has helped the club recover from their 2007 relegation and become one of the top sides in the Aviva Premiership.
Chairman Leon Barwell told the club's official website: "Jim signing is terrific news for the club and underpins our aspirations for the future.
"As we see so often in sports across the world having continuity of management is crucial in a club's long-term success, and this is exactly what Jim brings to the Saints."
Mallinder has won four trophies during his time at the club, including the LV Cup in 2010.
