London Welsh head coach Lyn Jones has admitted that his side are feeling the pressure following Sunday's defeat to fellow strugglers Sale Sharks in the Aviva Premiership.

Welsh are now three points off the relegation zone after they were edged out 26-25 by the league's bottom-placed team at the Kassam Stadium.

"Sale came back into it and then we were under pressure," Jones told Sky Sports News.

"A lot of Sale's points came from unsmart play from ourselves. It is dealing with pressure which we are not doing at the moment."

London Welsh continue their league campaign on Saturday when they travel to Exeter Chiefs.
