London Irish's Shontayne Hape is banned for four weeks following a dangerous tackle against Edinburgh.

London Irish centre Shontayne Hape has been banned for four weeks by the European Rugby Cup.

The 30-year-old has been found guilty after he was cited last week for a dangerous tackle on Edinburgh's David Denton.

Hape's Irish teammate Delon Armitage is currently serving a five-week ban for a similar offence in a separate match.

The Exiles next take on Cardiff Blues in Wales on Friday.
